#InSeasonRecipe Linky: January/February 2021

Happy New Year! Welcome to the Foodies100 #InSeasonRecipe linky! This is a place to post your ‘recipe of the moment’. What’s trending on your blog? What recipe are you cooking a lot, making use of produce currently in season? Link it below for us all to see. The #InSeasonRecipe linky will run for 8 weeks, until 8 March 2021. At the end of each linky I will pick three of my favourite posts to showcase here. When you link your recipe posts, do pop back occasionally to read the posts that other bloggers have linked up too – let us know in the comments if you try any of them!

Favourite recipe posts from the last #InSeasonRecipe linky

The Rare Welsh Bit has posted the recipe of her mouthwateringly meaty venison sausage rolls. They look delicious!

“Flavoured with fresh sage and thyme, venison sausage rolls have a rich, slightly fragrant flavour which pairs well with a tangy spiced apple chutney. A glass of Port or red wine doesn’t go amiss, either.” The Rare Welsh Bit

Hodge Podge Days has posted their recipe for Sticky Ginger Sponge Cake with Cinnamon Frosting. Sticky ginger, cinnamon frosting – as a cake – perfection!

“This sticky ginger sponge cake with cinnamon frosting is special enough to serve for an occasion, or you could glitz it up a bit more and serve it as an alternative Christmas cake, and it’s about as easy as can be.” Hodge Podge Days

Craft Invaders has this amazing Pacharan, The Spanish Sloe Liqueur recipe. Pacharan is a sloe berry, and anise flavoured Spanish liqueur.

“Our homemade Pacharan recipe is a beautiful cherry red, fresh and fruity sloe liqueur with a delicious background flavour of aniseed, vanilla and coffee.” Craft Invaders
